  • The regular categories refer to PIs, research professors, and post doctoral fellows.
  • The student categories refer to students working toward graduate degrees, hospital residents and interns, and laboratory technicians.
  • The proof of ID is required for the undergraduate/high school student category such as a student ID or a student status letter.
  • Only online registration is available for APSN members. The registration fee for each category includes the followings.
    • Admission to the scientific sessions
    • Admission to the poster and exhibition area
    • Conference e-proceedings
    • Coffee coupons
  • A lunch box will be provided only during each sponsor seminar, and the number of lunch boxes is limited.

  • Annual membership dues for 2025 is required if you want to receive a discount on the registration fee.

  • CNS or JNS members should pay their membership dues separately on the CNS or JNS website, and attach the payment receipt during registration for the conference to receive a member benefits.
